Make sure your bookmarks bar is visible
- Chrome/Edge: Press

- Safari: View → Show Favorites Bar

📖 How to Use

Navigate to a LinkedIn job posting page and make sure the Audience Insights panel is visible (it may need to be expanded)

Click the "LinkedIn Insights Scraper" bookmark in your bookmarks bar

First time only: Enter your name when prompted (you'll only need to do this once - it's saved for future use)

The data will be extracted and automatically saved to our team database. You'll see a confirmation popup!
⚠️ Important Notes:
- Make sure you're on a LinkedIn job posting page with insights visible
- The page must be fully loaded before clicking the bookmarklet
- You may need to expand the Audience Insights section first
- Data is automatically sent to our team database - no manual copy/paste needed!
- Your name is saved after first use - subsequent clicks are truly one-click with no prompts
🔧 Troubleshooting
Bookmarklet doesn't appear to do anything?
- Make sure you're on a LinkedIn job posting page
- Ensure the Audience Insights panel is expanded and visible
- Try refreshing the page and waiting for it to fully load
- Check your browser's JavaScript console (F12) for error messages
Some fields showing "Not found"?
- Make sure all insights sections are expanded on the LinkedIn page
- LinkedIn may have changed their HTML structure - contact the admin
Can't drag the button to bookmarks bar?
- Make sure your bookmarks bar is visible (see step 1 above)
- Try using a different browser (Chrome and Firefox work best)
- On some browsers, you may need to right-click and select "Bookmark this link"
Want to change your saved name?
- Open your browser's Developer Console (press F12)
- Go to the "Console" tab
- Type:
localStorage.removeItem('linkedin_scraper_user_name') and press Enter
- The next time you click the bookmarklet, you'll be prompted to enter your name again
